How the £5 credit is added

Store 22 will check the qualifying order and then manually add £5 credit to the referrer’s existing Shopify customer account.

The referrer must sign in to store22.co.uk using the same email address supplied by their friend. Their available store credit can then be applied to a future website checkout.

Rules and FAQs

Important things to know

  • The referrer must already have a Store 22 customer account.
  • The friend must be a genuinely new Store 22 customer.
  • The friend’s first website order must contain at least £25 of products, excluding any delivery fee.
  • The new customer must add the referrer’s correct name and Store 22 account email address in the comment box before checkout.
  • Store 22 cannot guarantee the reward if incorrect or incomplete account details are provided.
  • Only one referrer can be named per new customer.
  • Only one £5 reward can be earned from each new customer.
  • Referral rewards are for genuine new customers only. Store 22 may refuse or remove credit if the scheme is misused, including self-referrals, duplicate accounts, false details or orders placed on behalf of someone else.
  • Cancelled, refunded or unpaid orders do not qualify.
  • Store 22 may remove the related credit if the qualifying order is later cancelled or refunded.
  • Credit has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Credit can only be used through store22.co.uk.
  • Store 22 may amend, pause or withdraw the scheme if necessary.
