Returns & Exchange policy

We are confident you will love your purchases, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day, no-quibble, money-back guarantee.

To receive a refund or exchange, you must contact us and return your items within 30 days of receiving your order.

If you collected your order in person

You must return the item to us yourself.

If you received Personal Medway Delivery

We will arrange for our delivery driver to collect the item from you.

If the item was posted to you

You must post the item back to us at your own cost.

The parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, so we recommend using Royal Mail Tracked and Signed For.

Please include your name, address, and order number inside the parcel for identification.

Once we have received your return, your refund will be issued within 5 days.

Important Notes

  • Items received after the 30-day window are not eligible for a refund. If you want them returned to you, you’ll need to cover the postage cost.
  • If an item is returned to us by the post office due to non-collection, we can resend it, but you will need to pay the postage again.
  • Postage and delivery fees are non-refundable, unless the fault is ours.
  • Personalised items are non-refundable, as they are made to order. However, if we made a mistake or the item is damaged, we will send a replacement with free delivery.
  • If an item is faulty, we will provide a replacement with free delivery.
  • We cannot refund or exchange items damaged by the customer.
